Welcome to Cross Vine Academy exists to provide the best education one can receive as well as a healthy after school life. Our academy sits in the middle of almost twenty acres of land with state of the art equipment and courses. We take our name from the Cross Vine aka Bignonia capreolata which covers the stone fences surrounding the estate. There is even living quarters for all the students as well as the faculty that work at CVA. With the mountains over looking the estate and the ocean to the other side, not only do our students get top shelf knowledge, the get the amazing view to go along side it. Well at least that is what everyone believes, what truly goes on behind the stone fences is something that doesn’t leave the grounds or spoke of outside. The students here are future Huntsmen who are training and studying under the guiding eyes of the Watchers. They are the only first line defense to something that arose twenty years ago… something that no one saw coming or fully understand even after all these years. About thirty years ago, a tomb in Egypt was cracked open… however among the treasure and new source of history to be untold… something escaped. Something that went unnoticed to those working the area. Twenty years ago, a few people started to notice something different with certain people. These people that started to notice things were wrote off as crazy and treated as mental patients and shunned from society. Over the next couple of the years, these people became more in number and started to fight against those creatures they were noticing when no one else was. Soon a group known as the Watchers started to study and keep a written history of what they were witnessing. Overtime, these two groups would join and the Watchers not only kept watching but started to teach and train what they were calling Huntsmen. So what was causing people to vanish from their lives without a trace? What were these Huntsmen and Watchers fighting against? The short answer is an unforeseen evil walking the earth. Demons and Were like beings that were lurking in the darkness, doing as they pleased and when they wanted. Twenty years after this all started, there has been no head way from either side, a constant battle between good and evil. Where do you stand in all of this? |
