appearance At one point, there may have been an attempt to keep himself from sticking out; however, as time carries on and bodies change, Ryuunosuke found it harder and harder to do just that. Standing at 6'4" with a lean and muscular build, he is quite tall by Japanese standards, and he is no stranger to ducking to pass through doors. Long brown hair frames his face and falls over his shoulders, fading into red after his little sister got a hold of a box of dye a few months ago. and often left in a naturally disheveled state no matter how many times he tries to brush it out. With piercing golden eyes and a strong jawline, Ryuu has been told countless times that he is handsome. He refuses to believe it, thinking that the eyes drawn toward him are finding faults instead. Growing up tending to a temple, both as a cover and as a means of repaying the family that took him in, has influenced the way Ryuu dresses. His wardrobe consists primarily of traditional Japanese attire, and he refuses to wear anything else while around his home. However, when traveling around the city or when the full moon nears, he does exchange his robes for more modern clothes since he would rather risk jeans and shirts getting dirty or ripped instead. Despite the traditional upbringing, Ryuunosuke has allowed a slight streak of delinquency to taint his skin. Should you ever see him without his shirt, you will find a large tattoo of a Chinese dragon that circles around his arms and chest. It's actually cover up tattoo, hiding the scars from his childhood. Ryuunosuke's animal spirit is a Chinese Alligator which predominantly gifts him with enhanced strength and endurance without having to call upon his other side. When he needs to tap into his true strength, however, two rows of horn-like spikes sprout from his head and his teeth and nails sharpen. His skin thickens into plated armor and becomes difficult to pierce through, though his soft spot is on his stomach. biography Ryuunosuke Hisakawa. The name was foreign to him, even as a kind, wrinkled face whispered it to him while dabbing a damp cloth across his forehead. He had been found east of an old Buddhist temple, half submerged in a stream while barely hanging onto his own life. He was taken in, his injuries treated and bandaged, and they waited for him to wake as a fever kept its hold on him. By the time he had managed to open his eyes, the fever had done its damage, and his earliest memories were gone. The name the man had said was what they had decided to call him, Hisakawa since they found him by the stream (someone wanted to name him after the temple, but that was shot down), and Ryuunosuke, or Herald of the Dragon.
